Upon review, I was wondering if anyone asked of land owner title? Can a member own their land? Is there any provision to allow issuance of a deed and not a certificate of possession? Is there a monitory value assigned to the property? Can the member offer their property value as fair market value to be accepted by loan agencies as collateral?
I think that land title is a very important topic to be addressed.
